Dr. Lucretia D. Sanders, DNP, APRN, AGACNP, FNP-C, is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience in acute care, family medicine, and Telehealth environments. A U.S. Army veteran and seasoned travel provider, Dr. Sanders has consistently demonstrated excellence in delivering patient-centered care across diverse settings, including federal facilities, FQHCs, refugee health camps, and remote rural communities. Her ability to manage high-acuity patients independently, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt rapidly to varied healthcare systems underscores her exceptional clinical judgment and operational agility.

Dr. Sanders holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University and multiple state NP licenses, with prescriptive authority including buprenorphine across several states. Over her 20-year healthcare career, she has managed complex patient populations from infant to geriatric veterans, led inter-professional teams, implemented evidence-based protocols, and served in high-volume urgent care and primary care practices. Her clinical portfolio includes over 1,500 precepted hours in Executive Leadership, AGACNP and FNP training and thousands of patient encounters in both virtual and in-person modalities.
